For the moment, we only accept Paypal payments for Global orders, and cash on delivery for orders in Singapore. However, please feel free to contact us if you would like to use other methods of payment (bank transfer, cash payment).
All specimens are mounted by hand on demand. Right after your order has been validated, we will proceed with mounting your specimen: this will take about 3 to 6 days. Once your specimen is ready, we will take a picture and send it to you via email, before shipping it via post, taking extra care in the packing to avoid any damages during transportation. Depending on the destination of the package, it can take between 1 to 4 weeks to reach its destination.
We appreciate your patience in receiving the package, as we prefer to take additional care to ensure the best shipment conditions for our products and the highest quality on delivery.
Shipment is free for any delivery to Singapore. For Worldwide shipping, we use regular post and charge a flat fare of 20 US$ for every 2 specimens.
Depending on the destination of the package, the delivery can take between 1 to 4 weeks, crafting your purchase included.
We will update you along the way (confirming your order, confirming it has been mounted and sending a picture, confirming it has been shipped and providing you the shipment reference).
If you have any questions along the process, you can reach out to us anytime and we will get back to you soonest possible.
If your order arrives damaged (example: specimen is broken, glass is broken), we will proceed with an immediate full refund, upon proof of damage (sending us a picture of the broken element and packaging, so we can identify how it got damaged and improve on our process). We appreciate any feedback 🙂
